RETURN POLICY

For items quality not meet the specification, we will provide goods replacement or replace with similar items within 7 working days.
For other reason of return request, we will have re-stock charges apply, please contact us if needed.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

Our minimum order is HKD500 or equivalent value in other currency. Handling charge will apply for orders that do not meet the minimum order value.

CAN I GET THE FREE LOCAL DELIVERY OFFER?

We provide free shipping to the Hong Kong urban area for orders exceeding HKD 500. If your order total is below HKD 500, a handling fee of HKD 250 will be added.

Please take note of the following details regarding the delivery:

  1. An additional handling fee may apply for deliveries involving stairs.

  2. An additional handling fee may apply for deliveries to residential areas.

  3. The Hong Kong urban area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories. However, it does not include remote areas and the islands district.

  4. If your delivery address falls within the above 1-3 situation, we will contact you to discuss further arrangements, which may involve additional fees.
    * Remote areas (Cyberport, Shek O, Stanley, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Mid-Levels, Siu Ho Wan, Ap Lei Chau, Sai Kung, Chek Lap Kok (including the airport), Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Man Kam Road, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay, etc.)

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer delivery to other countries, but freight charges and taxes will be re-calculated based on the order's item and value. If you wish to have your order delivered to Macau, China, or other countries, please contact us before placing your order.

WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES FOR ORDERS?

We source high-quality laboratory supply brands from around the globe and expertly handle various shipping issues, including customs and licensing. The estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Consumables: 0-4 weeks

  • Equipment, Instruments, and Furniture: 4 weeks or more

  • Chemicals: 3-4 weeks​​

*Note: Unless otherwise specified (e.g. Fast Delivery), express shipping is not available for our products.​

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN URGENT ORDER?

For urgent orders, please contact us directly through our website or email(info@labware.com.hk) to confirm the delivery time. Our staff may also recommend products that can meet your delivery requirements.
