Adamas-life® dNTP Mix is a high-purity equimolar mixture of individual dATP, dTTP, dCTP, and dGTP (HPLC purity ≥ 99.5%) that is free of DNase, RNase, and phosphatase. It is provided in the form of sodium salts with a pH of 7.5. The mix has been tested with Pfu and Taq polymerases in PCR, fluorescence quantitative PCR, and long fragment amplification assays. This product is suitable for various routine molecular biology experiments, including PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, DNA synthesis, primer extension reactions, DNA sequencing, and DNA labeling.
